Maintenance

Air conditioning problems can arise at any time, usually when least convenient. Left unrepaired or unnoticed issues can become worse and cause damage to your home. Routine maintenance is necessary for all air conditioning equipment to keep them running smoothly and avoid possible problems with the equipment. While not everything is foreseeable, routine maintenance can catch problems before they happen and ensure your system is running optimally.

Motors, Compressor, Components

We check functions, amperages, and overall condition of the electrical components, housings, and connections to ensure proper operation and catch potential failures before they happen.

Drains

Adding cleaners and clearing algae buildup is a very important part of any air conditioning system. Left uncleared there's a high chance of the drain backing up and causing loss of air conditioning or even potential water damage. We install controls and safety switches on all of our equipment to stop water damage, but not every system is installed by us. If your system is not installed with water safety switches, having them installed is imperative.

Rust & Corrosion

Corrosion is a major cause of equipment failure in our area. Regular cleaning and protection from rust, corrosion, and saltwater air will keep your system running longer and more efficiently.

Moisture Issues

Inefficient or non-working air conditioning can lead to a number of issues including mildew, warped wood, mold, and damage to your home or property. We check for signs of water damage and sweating problems on the ducts and grilles in your home to avoid problems.
